I have a Garmin and unfortunately it doesn't sync with this app. I'm also "maths-avoidant" so I don't bother manually adding in the calorie burn of my workouts to this app. I know it may give clearer readings - but I don't think it's a Biggie either way. Mantra, eat less, move more and work on exercise that builds core strength and muscle. Maybe one day our beloved Fat Secret will get an upgrade and more devices can be sync'd and autocorrects in some of the areas will be upgraded 😂😂😂 also. always lift weights. that does so much good for the female body!
