I lost a half a pound!!! Now, I'm not going to weigh in yet, because I'd like to only do that once a week, but FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A MONTH THE SCALE MOVED. I'm pretty ecstatic. It even made me work harder at the gym this morning. :D
