Meat free monday ... 320 cal late breafast post workout. Lately I hv been enjoying every meal tasting every bit unlike b4 ate with my eyes and not wat my body asked for. Love this group of pplz. A new week lets make the dream happen.

these burger patties are nice. Fry's also have an UnReal Pattie. it's a bit more expensive, but omg, just like a spur Pattie. Denny's also now have a mushroom range which we've been testing - "boerewors", "burger patties" and "mince".. they're quite nice. the texture is good. doesn't taste processed.
