Im already just over 2 months on this health plan. And it was very easy to adapt BUT it starts to get to me now. My gravings are more. I had to take leave and cannot go anywhere because of the epidemic. I have absolutely no hobbies. It was much easier when I was at work because I was busy. Now... Nothing to do. Every week I lost weight. My biggest fear is gaining weight and that wil be my downfall because I can get easily negative regards to my weight

I feel the same. I try to snack on carrots, celery and cucumbers. I drink alot of water, that tends to help.

There is absolutely no bad foods in my cupboards. But man oh man, I snack until its bad. I drank almost 4 lt water a day. But cannot even drink 2 lt since Im on holiday.

Hobbies are so important because they are doing something for u, just like ur health journey. Maybe try looking for an online course in something that takes ur interest (or something u never had time for before). Never too late to be a beginner at a new skill. There's lots of free how to's on YouTube. but there are also paid for short courses that are having January sales now. Udemy has a sale that ends today everything from creative skills to business to health courses. Its good to distract urself and if u get into a hobby that requires accessories overtime, u can set getting a new 'whatever' as a treat when u achieve a weight loss goal.
