I also deleted my main Instagram page... now I only have a page documenting my journey... only following positive pages. Social media really messes with our confidence...I had to get myself to stop viewing things that shoot my self esteem.

and you won't regret streamlining social media. I deleted Facebook about 4 years ago. haven't missed it at all. at the start of lockdown I deleted my insta app from my phone. I check in via the web sometimes, but mostly, Fat Secret and LinkedIn are my only social media. they serve a purpose. the audience both or interactive and have good vibes. I am 100% over the social media swamp.
