If you track accurately then you could go up to 2200 and should still lose - not saying you should aim for that, but the week is not lost yet.

I personally like to plan out my week with the app. I make sure I hit my goal calories for the week and then if a meal changes for any reason, I just adjust one of my meals in the upcoming days. This helps a lot to prevent overeating as I know that if I eat more now, I have to eat less tomorrow

I do exactly the same as you niiq12. Only not over weekends, because I have no control over my husband's decision to randomly buy pizza or a sack full of snacks and sweets. Weekends I just go with it and then during the week I have total control over my diet.

Hahaha my boyfriend buys 4 pizzas for himself on a Friday xD I have no clue how he's not overweight lol but I usually just grab a slice with my dinner and then just log it as well

All a pleasure miss kitten. You know mos. That's what FS is for. Support, motivation and kindness. Niiq12 I totally know what you are talking about. My husband eats 2 whole pizzas and I usually eat about 2 slices, my son eats 1 and hubby eats the rest and he never puts on an ounce. Guess some guys are just lucky.
