Was having a good week until I bought some yoghurt that is pretty much just as fattening as eating a jumbo BarOne by accident. I was so unhealthy before this thought cutting out so many things would make weight loss pretty easy, at least in the beginning that is. Staying positive but definitely hasn't gotten easier.
