🤣love the picture message. drink it black with stivia or Canderel. Coffee is really good for your stomach you know. it's just the sugar that makes the calories go up.

I drink coffee with full fat milk. I've just reduced the amount of milk to 50-100ml depending on what I feel like. It helps me feel full so.

You and I are alike. I live for coffee. I now make a breakfast smoothie with the coffee and leaves out the sugar and cream/milk....
Coffee (I like to use filter coffee - 1 cup)
1 banana (this is where the sweetness will come from)
flax-seeds/chia seeds (teaspoon)
almond/soy milk (1/2 cup)
blueberries (optional - handful)
raw oats (this will help thicken and make you feel full - 1/8 cup)
spinach (optional - 1 cup)
Feel free to play with the recipe :)

Like that smoothie idea miss faz. But coffee in my opinion still has to taste like coffee. 😁

What i do is take 200 ml of milk mix it with 400 ml of water and 30 ml of Walden farms Vanilla Creamer which has 1 calorie. This gives me 650 ml to use in my coffee with only 100 calories for the lot. Its not as good as proper creamer but its better than nothing

my first two cups of coffee are black, no sugar. if I need a third cup later in the day, I'll add milk and sugar, only if I've had my fasting window. can't live without it, but happy to live (mostly) without milk and sugar.

I am doing Keto and also love my coffee. Not a fan of black coffee but will drink it if I have to. On Keto you cannot have milk as it has too many carbs but you can have cream. I buy long life cream, which I find is rather a thick cream, I then take 100ml of cream and dilute it with water to make 500 ml. It is still creamy enough to taste like milk, but way less carbs because it is cream and diluted.

Sure thing. I have a friend who does Banting and I told her what I do and now she does it too and she is very happy with the result. Like I said the long life cream works the best as it is so thick. Enjoy ;-)

like the smoothie idea.. instead of oats you can do oat bran which will give you that extra fibre
