anyone ever have days where they just feel sad? or off? I don't know how to get out of this funk except going to sleep and hoping I feel better tomorrow.

My relationship with food is at least getting better where I'm not binging right now. At least there's that.

I think we all go there sometimes - I try to increase my water and fruits and veggies...dehydration causes me to crash,

Thanks, HCB. I'll try to eat some veggies and fruit tomorrow, I need to buy more, running low. More water might help though!

Dehydration makes me lethargic. Crashed yesterday due to heat and lack of enough water; took a 2 hour nap @ 1 pm. Everyone gets blue. Gratitude brings me out of it.

Count your blessings, pamper yourself, do something good for someone else, call an old friend you haven't talked to in a while... Just some thoughts, hope you feel better soon. 🌈

I think life will always give everyone a varying number of those days :( . Sorry to hear you're having them too . Honestly, if I feel bad, I know I want to just eat more, not so much care what it is. So I just get too much healthy stuff lol. Down a couple of tubs of the healthiest yoghurt I can find, cook a lot of fish with a ton of vegetables (very filling but lean), then try to stay distracted as possible until the next day is hopefully better. Don't know if that helps, but good luck!

Eating healthy make you feel better, but is a long process, try doing yoga and meditation 🙂

Thanks, everyone. I appreciate the thoughtfulness ❤ I woke up starving so I might've not eaten enough food, in an attempt to not eat too much. I feel a little better this morning, reading definitely helps too! You all are the best!

Exercise is my best stress reliever and pain killer!! Try a nice yoga flow or some weight training to make you breathe deep and feel strong. Hang in there. 💖💖

I always feel that way when it’s cloudy and raining outside. When I feel that way I do 30 minutes of exercise and it makes me feel better
