What's everyone's favourite types of exercise? I enjoy lifting at gym but lockdown. Now I'm really into yoga as I've found it benefits my mind as well. AthleanX channel on YouTube has some great home workouts that I've yet to try (Papa Jeff is kind of my hero)

I loooooove boxing and sparring. I'm really missing my pad and bag workouts with my trainer but we are making it work with online zoom shadow boxing classes mixed in with HIIT and body strength training ♥️
