Asarver's Journal, 11 May 20

I spent about an hr thinking about eating around 4 today. I wasn't even hungry, only bored and unable to focus shy work. I managed to distract myself with a run a little after, and after running I always don't want to easy poorly because it "undoes" the run (or makes me feel like it). A little win for today, because tomorrow will probably be a gain.
