FBS 10:15 is 112 (however, I've been active since 7:15). Wgt. 188 It's now 5:15 and I've made supper only because I know that eating just once today isn't a good idea. Already skipped lunch, just not hungry and food didn't appeal to me at all! Tired from the flooded bathroom/water softener debacle, too tired to be hungry I think. I'm not hungry but getting a headache. Woke up nauseated again today, as happens most days now. Not bad, about like very mild morning sickness. Since the episode of sepsis in 2014, nausea has been with me most of the time until this winter. It goes away after an hour or so. I rarely take ondansetron anymore and won't for this. Don't know if it's the Bydureon or not. Oh well...
