WHAT?! My FBS 210 this morning. Guess I learned that never to eat a serving of frosted miniwheat dry cereal/milk at 9 p.m. That's the only thing I did differently. Apparently my favorite cold cereal is poison for me. One serving left in the box; I'll eat it mid-day as part of lunch and then NEVER buy it again in the next year!
