Havent done grocery shopping. Went to the deli at spar, was so tempted to get the chips and russian mix but decided to stay focussed. Wings and veggie with 1L of water

good choice. Spar chicken and roast veggies is my go-to for a healthier option for those nights when I don't want to cook.

You are so right, they actually have really good options and for a pretty reasonable price. This meal cost less than R40
