I was hoping I'd be under 95 by now already! But I'm grateful for the progress thus far, from 107 to now 96.1kg!

My next milestone is 94! I must start getting active this week, walk at least 5000 steps a day and take the stairs to the office which is on the 6th floor not counting mezzanine floors. I'm thinking of also reducing my calories from 1700 to 1500 on week days, 2000 weekends 🤔
96.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
