well this week so far I learned all day I'm fine with food at night I'm restless and the fridge is calling my name I must break that awful habit

Oh I know that all to well. You are so proud you get through the day and then you stuff everything up at night! Doesnt help that I am a night owl either. Now I just try to go to bed earlier. LOL! Strongs! I feel you! xxx

my trick. I brush my teeth a short while after dinner. I don't wait until bedtime. clean mouth = closed for the day 🍎

I find that drinking ice cold water with ice blocks helps me a lot when I feel like nibbling

Are you perhaps under-eating throughout the day? Also, don't feel bad about eating at night, foods don't magically increase in calories after 8pm 😉
