When you get to a certain age, cutting out all fats from your diet will cause wrinkles. I would add olive oil as a dressing to that diet. To get some healthy fats in. Other than that, you could definitely lose weight on that diet.

For cooking use a little ghee or coconut oil. not vegetable oils or olive oil. Olive oil goes bad when heated. Better to eat as a dressing.

Thought I'd share as this is the strict diet I've been placed on by my gynae Dr Bagratee. I lost 3kgs within a week of sticking to the meal plans and have lost another 2kgs since. It's been 3weeks on it. Very little gyming/exercise in between. It's a brutal diet I must confess 😣

Pascoal..I love healthy fats too. I've always had very greasy skin,but that all changed in the last 2 years. I don't relish the thought of wrinkles, even if it's supposed to be part of life.
