had some hard couple weeks during September/October time (like every year). Not surprised that I didn't lose much over the past three months.... and with holiday season upon us, i need to get super charged will power to say no to all the goodies.... decreased my caloric intake to 1500/day ... started this journey at 1900 back in June time.... thinking if i can just eat my lunch at work, coffee in the morning, water rest of day i should come under my goal.... lets see how this goes. wasn't able to meal prep for work this week bc i had company on my day off, but chicken, baby toms, cheese and hard boiled eggs have been my meals this week....
