lunch .ribs .creamy spinach .cabbage .butternut .coffe with milk and suagr X 2 mugs .crackers
supper .bacom and egg and cheese sandwich .coka cola (large)
Not so much of a healthy eater today. I never drank even the water I feel bloated because of the milk. I'll skip the gym today because I have errands
I'll do right tomorrow I'm promising myself and Its Friday so the gym will be fun as with every Friday.
