So, a year into my new lifestyle and finally I fit into a size 36 ... From a size 44. The scale might not be moving but the measuring tape is moving. But the confidence boost I get from this is amazing and I really enjoy the feeling.

Chrs10, I just count calories, cut out sugar and of course I work out 3 x a week HIIT and weekends (and some weekdays) I do either road running or Treadmill training

I count my calories and cut out junk food but I can't bring myself to exercise. need to start that soon
