I never in a million years thought that I would do this or be able to do it.I just wouldnt even consider it.But here I am, little less than a year later, doing my 1st Parkrun. I know it might just seem stupid but to me this is a HUGE stepping stone

well done. I used to do park run and I'm going to start again soon. they are a great group of people doing the park run and very supportive as well.

Started about a month ago as well. The great thing about the Parkrun is everyone goes on their own pace. There are parents with strollers. People walking their dogs. Everyone just working towards their own goals and supporting one another.

nice achievement. i started with a 5km walk last year October. did not even walk too fast. now i am even training for comrades next year. just soldier on

I also thought I would never do things like parkrun, yet here I am. Did the Spar women’s challenge this past weekend. Wow. It felt great. Congrats on joining the parkrun family. 😁
