Haven't weighed or measured this week 🙄
Also didn't gym or exercise, and it is really affecting my mood 😒
2.5 weeks of holiday left, but I am going to try and atleast walk everywhere.
I hate having to rely on others for motivation and exercise... This s*** has to end

You can do this. You doing well try and get out there and do something walk even just a jog. Yes it’s hard and the weather isn’t helping but you still in control. Look where you have come from. You doing great. 😘

I'm in the same boat. Worse for me is my family are all eating and it's so rude to make my own steam veggies for dinner or refuse the delicious ox tail dinner and so on. It's so horrible having biscuits and sweets all over the house for others then say "no" when offered. What I am trying to do now is I saved a picture of what I wish I looked like and I try look at it every time my motivation is gone or I want to eat. I have no support from family or friends :-( before I drive home I look at my little picture and think how I'm gonna pack nice food for work. Because as I get home I'll open the biscuit/ sweets cupboard and binge before dinner. so far this has kept my motivation up for two weeks which is a record for me. Tho sometimes my picture depressed me because my little voice says how I will never reach my goal.
