Broke a 20+ hour fast with this feast. Buttered and toasted low carb flat bread points topped with fluffy eggs w/parsely, crispy bacon, fresh garden plum tomato, half of a medium avocado and labne to top it off. Holy cow. Everything is very easy on the stomach and oh so good. Happy Saturday! #saturdaybrunch #ketolife

I do think next time instead of parsley I will use oregano and basil from my herb garden and cook the eggs with freshly minced garlic... maybe roasted in olive oil and spread on the flat bread after I’ve toasted it. That came to me when I was about halfway through eating it. Grated Parmesan at the end?
