So illness has me sidelined this weekend and keeping me from the gym. It’s driving me nuts. Just started yesterday and kept me away then too. Just going to rest this weekend and try to heal up. I hate diverticulitis- very painful. Had it 18 months ago. Had been doing great until I started eating really spicy food again the last couple of weeks and all of a sudden Thursday afternoon - BOOM. I’m such a dumb ass. Lesson learned. Now to just avoid hospitalization. Happy Fathers Day to me, moron of the month club president 😂

Oh no. Divers is awful. Had a client who realty suffered with it, no seeds at all for her, no strawberries??? Nope! I love strawberries but no pain or you know what is worth that pain, or spicy food, as much as I love it. Take care buddy!!

Ugh, have it, hate it. You can learn to recognize it coming on and immediately (in my case) switch to easy foods and liquids to get through a bout of it. It’s very counterintuitive. Mayo Clinic page has really good info about living around it. Actually good that you posted this. It just reminded me why fiber is so important for my body. Thanks!

Thanks y’all. I felt good enough to hit the gym at 5:30am today. Still a little tender but didn’t bother me during my workout. I think antibiotic is helping.
