🦈 week plus seems like I’m coming down with a terrible cold😭😫. Non stop coughing just started. I really can’t miss gym. It will take all of my strength to keep myself away from gym. I know I can’t work out feeling like this , but my heart is refusing not to go and nurse this cold.

It's best not to push yourself too hard when you've got flu/a cold. It's actually really bad for your heart, or so I've been told. Do what you can in terms of your eating and rest up to help things along. Any damage can always be reversed when you're back to 100%. All the best

Good choice Pmorebodi. Exercise and being sick is not a good combination.

@Pmorebodi....you have done so well to lose so much weight... From April to. Now (if I'm. Correct)... You should really be proud of yourself. You doing well in listening to your body and not exercising when sick...
