There are soooo many diets and dietplans out there it is scary. But what bothers me most is that when a new diet comes to light then everyone follows it, but if the old ones didn't work why would the new one. I still believe that thebonky thing that really works is exercise and plenty of water. I normally don't eat during the day so fasting has been a norm to me and I still gained weight and water retention has been my worst enemy. I also hit the plato hard but managed a 2kg drop in a month where I used to lose 4kg a month, so this also makes me feel like a failure. And my husband told me 3 times in 1 week that I am fat... As if he has a model body LOL. So that is my crap for the week. Going for kidney and liver function tests this afternoon.

Not a failure at all, just do what works for you...I’ve also been called fat by people who are close to me, and they would ridicule all my efforts in trying to lose weight, and I thank them for that bcz if it was not for their negativity I wouldn’t have pulled through (I would’ve been comfortable), now all of them marvel at how skinny I am, and I always say “Thank you, your negativity got me here”. DO NOT GIVE UP, no matter how hard it is. Stay consistent. Read people’s success weight-loss stories, t helps alot. Negative people must not win, you have to conquer and you can.

Hi I’m currently doing intermittent fasting. Fast 16 hours eat 8. I use the eating period in the day when I’m active. Also the secret is if you eat eat in moderation. As for your husband I’m disappointed in him. He is in shape. Round is a shape😂. Keep going you doing this no matter how slow the process. You still making it weather you crawling,walking,running,driving, flying you still moving forward. Proud of you💪 In the end you will be the biggest loser 😘
