Has anyone tried or heard of this product... Genesis Multigrain Nutrient Dense High Energy Food. It comes in packs of 50g (Vanilla, Strawberry and Banana) It costs about R12.00 a meal. Calories per 100gr 388kcal which is not alot. I am so scared to put anything in my mouth
