thanks guys! @Tes1967 yes my back was a big deal for me to get my posture right. also focused on getting my neck bump gone. @LouisTorr best way to see the progress I find. im an obsessive measurer and weigher so it never feels like progress. this is better :) 💙💙💙💙💙🌈

@Hanle do you do intermittent fasting? This is how I was able to break from my plateau. I was struggling at 85kgs and would never go below 85...ever! 😭 But IF and drinking enough water broke it down for me. It took only a week of disciplined water intake and IF to break my plateau. If you haven’t tried it already, it would be my suggestion

when I'm good I follow a keto/almost zero carb diet and I eat 1 really fat heavy meal a day. that can be a piece of meat with loads of butter. some green veg. sometimes I have beetroot or tomatoes. i drink coffee with Full fat cream throughout the day. my stomach came down because I lost the bloat from not eating carbs. I still need to drink more water. I cheat a lot. so I probably would lose more if I were more disciplined. I also do extended fasts. 2-4 days ever so often so I can get the autophagy benefits.
