So sometime around November or so I thought it a good idea to set the goal of reaching 80kg by my birthday. Well today's the day and guess what? I didn't reach the goal 😂😂🤣🤣. Silly me, what was I thinking with the festive season being so close. I'm not even disappointed to be honest.
85 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
