started nicely today with some nicely prep breakfast:
eggs
avocado
coffee
hoping to continue and not dive into eating everything as i have been doing for the past 2 years. unable to keep to eating right and i have decided to stop taking alcohol. i wish thay will help in shedding down some kgs.
i once was very happy with my weight not now that im 100kg. ubsolutely unhappy how the cloths fit my body. im happy as a person. i want my cloths comfortably sitting on my body that is all. i want my thighs smaller and my arms smaller please. i want to stick to this. i wana stick to minimising my kal intake and drink loads of water without eveb thinking twice about it.

haven't been on the scales in a long time. im going to use it on Monday 7th and update. im sure its way above 100kg's its a shame for me.
