So this is the last weekend of festive madness eating wise and I'll enjoy it (veg lasagne and garlic bread for dinner and delicious fruit cake for dessert), but will be glad to get back to some structure. Will start tracking on Monday and will see if I can finish with a daily average of 1700 calories and 5 x 30-minute workouts for the week. In December I did 6 hours of youtube workouts in total, but did a daily walk to the shops as well so was fairly active. I'll record my weight on Friday, the 11th although I record my weight on a wall calendar every Mon, Wed and Friday and step on the scale every morning and evening just out of habit. I would rather try to get as close to 63kg on Friday than dwell on what I weigh today - I'll then work out my goal for the 1st of Feb.
