Hmmm... I had such a dip yesterday, after the weekend I weighed myself and all the kilos I lost in the past week was right back! I really don't understand it. It may ne tat my scale is crazy or I really have bad water retention! Last two weeks I drank meds for water retention, when I remembered... and then I stopped because I don't want my body to get to used to the meds and rely on it. So I am drinking like 3 liters of water a day but I hardly go to the toilet, my feet are swollen and so are my fingers. This just makes me depressed. Yesterday I actually couldn't stop hearing that Lindt choc in my cupboard calling my name... I ended up eating 3 small pieces just to calm the craving! I don't have any hunger cravings or sugar cravings, I hardly get hungry during the day and the only way I know I really need to eat is when I get terribly moody and light headed. I have a very stressful job and I don't have time to think of food... which helps a little (in a horrible way I KNOW!)
