My oh my, have I lost it in this cold Nelspruit weather. From niknaks to chocolate (didn't have it yet, it kind of jumped in my grocery basket) I even made a fruit bowl, I guess it's better than nibbling on the chocolate.

I feel you, I went completely overboard last night😬 Brownies, mousse, cookies... Ugh😑 Starting afresh today though, will weigh in on Thursday

Did the same over the weekend, chips, chocolates, cake, bread, dip, and and and............no exercise as well, saw the results on the scale this morning☹️
