I was a bit sceptical, but hubby was sooo impressed, we decided our next one will be Hawaiian pizza. The trick with the meat base is not to add any spices except salt & pepper, keeps it "bland" like a pizza base would be. And it is VERY filling!

Yes, about 15 minutes for the meat base first, & then I just grill the toppings until the cheese is nice & crispy.
