Be careful to drink to much water, listen to you body. I only drink water when I am thirsty, also use to gussel it down, some days more thirty than others, be in tune with what your body requires.

I have a huge problem with water retention, so I am taking pills from the doctor and so I need to drink water. I am just struggling with headaches and nausea...

Maybe infuse your water with lemon and mint it make it taste super good.
