My week started out great, but now I went down the hill off the wagon, & all because I was too lazy to go to Crossfit class yesterday. I'm definitely seeing a gain tomorrow, but it's ok. I'll buckle down over the weekend & reverse the damage I have done yesterday. Today I will have an OMAD fast again.

i tried omad. i can push my fast to 20 hours max. how do you get it right?

I work from 8 until 5. Then I only start cooking dinner at around 6. We don't have food stuff at work, so it's pretty easy for me. I don't do it on weekends though, I switch over to 16:8 on weekends.
