I'm just 100 gr heavier than Friday's weigh-in, which means I might loose another kilo or so, but let's see. Shark week approaching & that is always relentless!

Strength/Skill:

A.Back Squats

8 x 2 @ 25 kg (87.5% of 1RM)
I don't have a 1 rep max yet, so I stuck to the last weight I did.

B. Foam rolling quads

WOD: AMRAP 9


8 x Front Rack double DB Squats

50 Jump rope singles (because I can't do double unders)

Love it when I start my day with exercise. BTW, I do this all in a fasted state & I feel fabulous afterwards!
