I almost didn't get up for cf class this morning, but luckily hubby was there to make me get up!

Strength/Skill:

6 x DB Bench press w/ 3 sec tempo downwards - I used 7.5 kg dumbbells

ME Banded rows

METCON: Partner workout

5 x 300 m rowing sprint

I think I might see gains on Friday, due to getting back to exercise & shark week is also next week. Lots of water retention!
