Day 20 IF 16:8
My scale says 76.4kg. Fasting for 19 days and I put on a kilo 😂😂😂 lost 4cm, clothes are looser, fitting into size 34 jeans again (from size 36/38), but I put on a kilo 🤔🤗

Just goes to show. The reading on the scale isnt everything! ;-)

Thank you @mapaseka. Absolutely, the scale isnt everything. Instead of achieving weight loss I've learned to enjoy my healthy eating. I have a new found love for veggies and I know when to stop eating, I dont just keep eating because the food tastes good 😂

I find the comfortable fit of clothes especially dropping the sizes more of a victory than the number on the scale. The day I went out of wearing a size 40 was the day I said I can wear any thing without feeling uncomfortable. Well done @Annisha007...💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Hey devika 16:8 means you fast for 16hours and eat within a window period of 8 hours. I do 24hour fast OMAD ( one meal a day).

Lungelo, i feel the same way, it is a bigger victory for me too. My best is when my underwear doesn't cut into me, then i know I've made it in life 😄😄
