Hey don’t beat yourself up. We all go through things like this. Whether some as extreme as that or not. We have all done stupid things. As long as you realize that’s wrong and know you need to stick away from that. Its hard to have the mindset of healthy body and healthy mind when you’re not even in the correct BMI. But it’s something we all work on and together we push eachother to become better and we are a community to love and support one another as well as speak openly about what’s going on in our heads. Stay strong. You got this ❤️❤️

Thank you so much ❤️❤️😔I really do appreciate it a lot . I do realize it's wrong , it's just I scared myself because I never thought my weight would become such an issue that it would lead to this . Thanks for the support 🙏🏼❤️

Have you tried fasting? Intermittent or full? Instead of over-eating, you control when you eat & that makes a huge difference. Google Dr Jason Fung, & read his blog on fasting! It might just change your life, I know it has changed mine!

@leksie I don’t know if encouraging someone to do full fasting who is battling with things like the thought of throwing up their calories (something I have battled with for years). Intermittent fasting should number one only be preformed by those who are confident in themselves and will not restrict their calories in the shortened window period. Full fasting is not something I would recommend to anyone battling mentally with food and their self esteem. Not to sound rude. Maybe it had worked for you but don’t throw around fasting to just anyone. Many people can not handle it. I have only just tried intermittent fasting after being a year out of a bad mind state and being comfortable and healthy about weight loss and in myself ❤️

Sorry, did not mean to step on any toes, or force anyone to do anything, but with that being said, read Dr Jason Fung's blog anyway. He is a Dr in Canada that specialises in Type II Diabetes & a kidney specialist. It might help with getting your head in a better space.

Well if and keto have given me a sense of safety. I don't even dislike myself after cheat days anymore. It helps me not be so up tight just go straight back to it. It's all about control in those mind sets and if gives me a better sense of control. We r all different tho

do you have someone to talk to? try to seek professional help we don't want to see you hurt yourself. if you can, try not to track your food until you're in a better space.

@sthesh - I don't have someone to talk to . That's why I posted it . Maybe there is someone here I can talk to ? My dad would literally freak out and I don't have a mother . So motherly advice wouldn't be an option & I have no siblings . I feel embarrassed about it

Hi don’t be to hard on yourself it happened but try not to again because in the long run it can add allot of health problems. Youre not alone , after my 2 children and my husband cheating i gave up caring about myself and body. Now after years Im getting a divorce and have to get my mind body and everything right its not easy heck ive lost 20kg so far but need to lose atleast 40kg more. Check what you eat and play around with eating plans till you find one that works and you don’t find hard to stick to.

Don't be embarrassed dear. We all go through struggles you should be proud for speaking your truth but know that it doesn't have to define you. I'm guessing you're very young, is there a teacher, neighbour or family friend you trust that can help you find professional support. It sounds like you're going through a lot and need all the support you can get.

I think the best diet is under 500 cals. I also tried the vomiting because I thought it made all those models skinny but it just made my face look terrible and no weight was actually coming off. I know how it feels to not feel comfortable and I have tried every deit in the book. I have some advice maybe for you. Anyways I just want to say if you need someone to talk to I’m here xx

I’ve tried to once but i just couldn’t do it...i just eat very low cals now so I don’t feel like i have to but i still sometimes get the urge to. You are not alone. Hope it gets better
