Is set weight a thing? Or is it a myth, because I’ve been stuck on the same weight since January and I don’t know if i just reached my set weight. I would love to lose some more, any tips?

Near a ocean or access to a pool? Increase cardio through swimming. Itll help with your knee also. But when u swim... u gotta push till u cant anymore... and then push some more...
