Non Scale Victory- Complete longest trail run.
18KM Trail Run 4:45:46
I was dead. "Ate-almost-everything-I-could-when-I-got-home-dead.
So I didn't keep to the rules. Slept most of the day. Recovery hydrating and stuffing my face with netflix in the background and my phone off.
Was totally worth it. The peace, they quiet, the views. Will do again!

I felt I wanted to fast for the whole day given my terrible binge but then I was hungry and the chips were there and I was still so tired from the Trail run-
Proper Binging. Sooo many calories in soooo little time.

My tummy feels stuffy and slightly bloated from the chips. So clean eating today.
Snacked on some goulash and chicken heart I was prepping for later today & tomorrow.
Will drink lots of water and tea today- running 5K at 17:30 So that'll help get these stiff legs loose again. Today is reset and reboot day.
