Burgerpatties. Tblsp of psyllium husk as binder for 500g beef mince. Garlic, spices (salt, pepper, corriander, cumin, cinnamon, fennel, cloves, cardamom, curry), fresh mint, dash apple cider vinegar & lemonjuice. Mix well. Shape balls, flatten.Fry in Ghee.
