Now that I see the Herbalife shake... Does anyone know what USN fatburner I can use while on 28 Day Diet, and I do about 40min walking a day. And I am quite busy, coz its driving kids to school, sport, and and and... So I do quite a bit of walking... Thanks!

My mom in law was on a USN product that gave loads of energy and helped lose weight. I think it was called Phedracut or something like that.

Herbalife does have a Thermo tea.. burns 80 cal per cup!! I love the raspberry flavour !!

Yes... It equals to 20 minutes on a treadmill. I use the raspberry tea and mango aloe... It has a delicious fruity flavour...

I used Phedracut once in my life, & I felt like committing suicide, and I don't have psychological issues like that - I guess that was one of the bad side effects.

My heart rate was out of Control and I was light headed along with a cold sweat. Then when I Googled it, I saw it was a common side effect

The only thing in fatburner that really works is caffeine. If you're very sensitive to caffeine it could give you light headedness, nausea and headaches.

Yolande Marais, I think fat burners are generally dangerous (hold risk of increased blood pressure and arrhythmia). I use the sugar-free version of USN Spike energy drink. It is loaded with caffeine but I get no negative side effects. It also has a lot of l-carnitine as well as B-complex vitamins. Dischem sells it.

Waldo Kuhn, thanks for that. I bought Herbex Fat attack today. I used it previously, and it worked, I just totally forgot about it. And I dont want to use USN anymore, for now, coz I realized its got 2 ingredients in that works agains the Contraceptive Pill... Lol... So will stick to the Herbex for now. Tnx
