sad sad sad starting again today hopefully now with my thyroid on meds I can do this.
112 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes you can do this! Take each day at a time and each week you will see results

I know how easy it is to binge. after one helping distract yourself with a walk or browsing FS. you must enter your food anyway, so you could do it between servings. A walk outside is always better for emotional relief.
