My goodness, I have really fallen off the bus the past few weeks and I can feel it. I can actually feel the the extra kilograms, my arms and legs feel fatter my cheeks feel like they are full of nuts like a squirrel who is collecting a winter stash. I seriously need to get some exercise in, I am basically just sitting all day like a couch potato. In just over a week a shall be 50 and I would really like to get my weight down before I get to 51 so here I go again new diet, new exercises and a new outlook on life.
116.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 46.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

totally understand, i am about to turn 52 and have gained way to much weight, hence back to new plan.
