@Nceshie, I got them from Mambo's plastic warehouse. I think there are about 10 in a pack and a pack is worth R17.

@Gaildj, its chicken (breast) stir fry, broccoli, rice, mixed veggies with a little bit of soya mince. I'm glad you like it.. Please post your meal prep, when you make it.. I'm in need of more ideas.. 😁
