in 1 day I lost about 1.2 kgs???? something odd is happening. Either my scale is broken or I've just been losing water weight. Either way I'm going to take this with a grain of salt. also need to drop mixed raw nuts as a snack - didn't realise the calories are so high!!

my diet is still a mess but I'll work on it more. consumed about 4 calories extra today. damn 😕
78.7 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Initial weight loss is always rapid. You lose water and undigested food from the previous day as well as release waste. Keep at it and dont stress about being a few calories over your target :)
