has anybody tried appetite suppressant pills or have appetite curbing tactics to avoid reaching for that cake, extra slice of pizza?? would love to hear some ideas and thoughts

I start each day with a cup of green tea of nescafe classic coffee(no sugar + 15ml milk). Both have appetite suppressing qualities. No pill in the world can stop you from having cake or extra slice of pizza. The mind has to be conditioned against making such choices if it conflicts with your weight loss methods. Fasting is also a good way to curb appetite. I can do 46hours without consuming food by just drinking green tea, coffee, water and coke zero. I never would have thought I could do that initially but following a fasting lifestyle helps you build yourself to accomplish that :)
