I have managed to eat under 1000 calories than my usual daily 1600 from Wednesday till to date, I'm hoping to see more results soon...

Unless ordered to do so by a health practitioner, its very dangerous to eat 1000 cals a day. Its not healthy or sustainable. Please stick to your RDI.

If you do 1000cals, balance it with the right food. I do it every now and then just to detox a bit, and shake of unwanted water/fat. Just remember, it doesnt work well with everyone.

i eat 900 cal a day and im doing well😊 i eat high protein and nutritional foods. i never abided by the RDI and set it for my own preferences. try it out and see how you react. being hungry is normal your body is an amazing thing and ca handle almost anything!

1200 is the standard amount of calories for weight loss. It's safe and allows 3 decent size meals a day
